AirAsia today announced that it will not be charging delivery fees for several services under its super app throughout the on-going Movement Control Order (MCO) 2.0. Included in the list is the airasia food as well as airasia fresh, and airasia shop.
Naturally, there are several terms and conditions that customers need to adhere in order to utilise the free delivery offer. For example, the free offer for airasia food is only applicable for delivery within 15km radius.
As for airasia fresh which is the company’s grocery delivery service, you have to spend at least RM 30 and input the STAYHOME promo code into the app when you place your order. That being said, there are no restrictions on delivery radius and one can also schedule the timing of delivery to suit their preferences.
Similarly, the RM 30 minimum order requirement also applies to the airasia shop which offers lifestyle products including health and wellness, skin-care, make-up, body care, and electronics. There is no limit on the delivery range for this particular service as well.
However, do note that all these three services are only available in Klang Valley at the moment although Pete Chareonwongsak, CEO of Teleport which is the logistics arm of the AirAsia Digital stated that the company is working to expand these services to other parts of Malaysia soon.
